Yuva Jan Vikas Sansthan is committed to promoting education, skill development, social welfare, and livelihood opportunities for youth, women, and underserved communities. We believe that access to knowledge, practical skills, and the right opportunities can help individuals become confident, capable, and self-reliant.

Through our initiatives in computer education, sewing and embroidery, vocational and ITI training, skill development, social service, and community support, we work to create meaningful pathways towards employment and sustainable livelihoods.

Yuva Jan Vikas Sansthan is committed to serving society and supporting people in need through social welfare, community development, and cooperation with government administration. We work to ensure that the benefits of government schemes and welfare programmes reach people at the grassroots level, especially poor, needy, and vulnerable communities.

Our initiatives also focus on providing support to disadvantaged families and organizing free mass marriage programmes for poor and helpless individuals, helping them build a dignified and secure future. To promote the qualitative development of management skills among all students, both boys and girls, and to establish, operate, and manage training centres and educational institutions in various fields of management training. The organization shall also provide counselling and guidance to students regarding employment opportunities and operate study centres in schools to improve the quality of education for students.

(2) To provide free training in web designing, computer science, vocational and application-oriented fields, along with other relevant areas, and to conduct free training programmes related to these subjects in schools and other educational institutions.

(3) To undertake activities related to awareness, promotion, dissemination, and training in the fields of e-Governance, e-Literacy, Digital India, and Information Technology developed by the Government of India. To make people aware of the benefits and facilities available through such technologies and enable them to use modern technology efficiently and effectively.

(4) To establish training centres and gyms for Yoga, AYUSH, healthcare, and social development, and to conduct awareness and monitoring programmes for the promotion and development of Yoga. To organize free as well as paid camps for Yoga, health, and related development activities.

(5) To form Self-Help Groups (SHGs) for women and men and organize and implement various programmes related to training, leadership development, skill development, literacy, and capacity building.

(6) To organize awareness programmes and provide training for the educational, economic, skill-based, social, and intellectual development of Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, backward communities, minorities, and people living in disadvantaged and underdeveloped areas. To encourage education among such communities and provide academic and curriculum-related assistance.

(7) To recognize and honour individuals for their contributions, interests, talents, and achievements in the fields of culture, sports, writing, painting, science, expertise, and social service. To organize, operate, and manage various programmes and activities for the development, promotion, training, and presentation of folk songs, folk dances, folk arts, classical music, and other forms of art and culture, including their free promotion and dissemination.

(8) To undertake, manage, promote, and disseminate programmes related to the development of agriculture and horticulture systems, technologies, and practices, including training and capacity building. To undertake all activities that contribute to environmental conservation, sustainable development, and improvement in agricultural productivity.

(9) To publish and distribute free scientific and practical materials, public-interest projects, and educational resources related to agricultural development and conservation, water conservation, soil conservation, organic practices, environmental protection, and organic farming. To invite researchers working in relevant fields and organize seminars, workshops, exhibitions, lectures, and other knowledge-sharing programmes as required.

(10) To promote the educational development of all sections of society in accordance with the Right to Education (RTE) Act and the directions of the Board of High School and Intermediate Education, Uttar Pradesh, and to establish, operate, and manage schools, intermediate colleges, educational institutions, study and training centres, ITI, polytechnic, nursing, paramedical, B.Ed., and other educational and vocational training institutions from primary to higher education levels.

(11) To conduct free computer and online computer training programmes from urban to rural areas for the development of modern information technology, computers, and digital skills, and to undertake and manage all activities related to computer education, digital literacy, and technical training.

(12) To undertake programmes for the welfare, development, rehabilitation, restoration, training, and employment support of persons with disabilities, senior citizens, women, orphans, children, girls, and other vulnerable groups. To provide necessary facilities, protection, rehabilitation support, and free legal assistance wherever required, and to operate old-age homes, women’s protection centres, and support centres.

(13) To promote awareness and develop a value-based and scientific attitude among the public towards land, water, trees, plants, animals, and other natural resources in order to protect the environment and prevent the destruction of nature. To promote clean drinking water, sanitation, cleanliness, and environmental awareness and work towards improving both rural and urban environments.

(14) To undertake activities for rural development, particularly in rural areas of India, including the development and improvement of agricultural land, wastelands, infertile and barren lands, drought-affected areas, flood-affected areas, earthquake-affected areas, and other disadvantaged regions.

Objectives of the Organization

1. To arrange shelters and care facilities for the protection and welfare of animals and to undertake projects sponsored by the Wildlife Conservation Board.

2. To provide land and suitable premises for animals and arrange free medical treatment, healthcare, and shelter for them. To establish and operate Gaushalas and make arrangements for the health, protection, and feeding of cattle. To provide free medical treatment and medicines for animals at other locations as required. To provide livestock owners with free information regarding animal diseases and make necessary assistance available, while promoting the use of cow dung as organic manure.

3. To undertake awareness, promotion, implementation, and operation of programmes related to beekeeping, sheep and goat rearing, poultry farming, agriculture and horticulture development, food processing, fruit preservation, and plantation of nutritious plants, and to establish centres for such activities wherever required.

4. To organize various programmes and activities in the fields of entrepreneurship development, skill development, training, education, research, and surveys, and to establish and operate necessary training and development centres as required.

5. To undertake, manage, and implement programmes and activities for the social, economic, moral, intellectual, educational, physical, and mental development of adolescents, young women, and youth. To promote national unity and integration, leadership development, social participation, awareness, and participation in various sports competitions. To establish free counselling and guidance centres wherever necessary.

6. To undertake various schemes and programmes for the skill development of artisans and craftsmen. To establish free training and demonstration centres for the promotion of handicrafts and traditional crafts and to work towards the rehabilitation and employment generation of artisans.

7. To promote Yoga and scientific knowledge among rural youth throughout the country in accordance with the principles of Indian philosophy, and to facilitate their overall development and integration into the mainstream of society and the nation.

8. To establish rural and cottage industries through the Khadi and Village Industries Board/Commission and provide local youth with opportunities for self-employment. To promote self-reliance among local communities, establish village-industry units, undertake production activities, and provide education and training regarding the technical policies and practices of the Khadi and Village Industries Commission/Board through suitable training centres.

9. To provide basic sports facilities to poor and needy people. To promote sports among women and create awareness about rural sports programmes. To encourage interest, enthusiasm, and awareness regarding sports among backward communities, disadvantaged groups, minorities, and tribal communities.

10. To receive donations, grants, and assistance for fulfilling the objectives of the organization from the Central Government, State Governments, Ministry of Education/Human Resource Development, State Social Welfare Boards, government and semi-government departments, and, subject to applicable registration and legal requirements, from foreign governments, organizations, institutions, individual establishments, business establishments, and members of the public. To receive physical and financial assistance in the form of land, buildings, and other resources, and to obtain loans and financial assistance from nationalized government and non-government banks and other lawful sources.

11. To create awareness among the public regarding blood donation and eye donation, and, after fulfilling the prescribed conditions and applicable requirements, to establish blood banks and eye banks. To provide free medical assistance to people through ambulance services.

12. To undertake and manage free programmes and activities for the welfare, overall development, rehabilitation, and reintegration of senior citizens, persons with disabilities, persons with intellectual or mental challenges, widows, socially exploited persons, persons affected by leprosy, orphans, released child labourers, girls and young women rescued from human trafficking or commercial sexual exploitation, and their children. To arrange accommodation, food, rehabilitation, medical care, and other necessary support.

13. To conduct extensive cleanliness and sanitation programmes and activities for the cleaning and restoration of regional and national rivers, create public awareness, and organize comprehensive cleanliness campaigns for the development of a clean and hygienic India.

14. To create effective public awareness regarding the harmful effects of smoking, drug addiction, and substance abuse and promote prevention and prohibition. To conduct studies and surveys regarding problems caused by addiction and establish de-addiction centres, treatment centres, and hospitals for rehabilitation and recovery from substance dependence. To arrange rehabilitation and reintegration support for persons who have successfully overcome addiction.

15. To encourage people to develop the habit of saving and promote small savings schemes through the establishment of Self-Help Groups (SHGs). To encourage individuals and communities to undertake savings for social and personal needs and, where applicable, obtain loans and grants from institutions such as the Rashtriya Mahila Kosh and other lawful sources.

16. To provide free healthcare and nutritional support to residents of rural and backward areas by operating free mobile medical units and free health centres and providing various free medical and health services. To conduct extensive awareness and publicity programmes for the prevention of female foeticide and foeticide and promote the protection and welfare of the girl child.

17. To provide free legal aid, assistance, and advice to senior citizens, poor, and needy persons so that they may access justice and understand and exercise their legal rights.

18. To provide free relief and rehabilitation services through the organization during natural disasters, floods, droughts, earthquakes, and other emergency situations. To cooperate with the administration in matters related to the country’s internal security and work in accordance with lawful administrative directions.

19. To organize and conduct mass marriage programmes for destitute, orphaned, persons with disabilities, and economically disadvantaged young men and women, and provide such support free of cost.
